Refrigerator Filter

I am a mother who felt touched whenever I can receive a gift from a family. It was year 1994 when I received a refrigerator from my parents. It was a wedding gift and I felt so happy that time. I really like it especially the color. It is white, 10 inches height and I’m very thankful to them. Well, that was 16 years ago and the refrigerator now is old already. But it is still working. I know I need to change the refrigerator filter. I can not buy a new one so I need to change the filter only. Refrigerator is very important to us especially that we are busy at work. We can’t always go to grocery store just to buy foods. Just on the weekend and put the foods in the refrigerator. This would be a great help to us. I make sure that it is full of healthy foods, drinks and many others. I always clean it even if I am busy at work.

Workout

Eat healthy foods and go to the gym are my focus this time. I don’t have much work this time so I need to concentrate with my body figure. I feel sad every time I see my body in the mirror. It is so bad because of my excess fats in my belly. I really need to reduce it. I need to eat less also so that my exercise will be successful. I know diet is more important plus the workout. I hope it be successful and I become a sexy lady again.

Acid Cigars

I remember when I was young my father use the traditional tobacco that he can buy in the market. There are many tobaccos in our town before. He always used it after work or during his free time. Nowadays, there are lots of new cigars coming in the market or even online. I heard about Acid cigars that has unique taste and aroma. It’s affordable and easy to buy. I never tried it and I have no idea of the taste. They says it taste good because of the flavor. Mostly males love cigars and only few females are using it. They are satisfied of the taste that’s why they use it for many years.

Peaches In Our Backyard

There are lots of peaches in our backyard. It’s delicious and I love to eat. Many of my friends come to our house and asked. We give them and they can get as many as they want. It’s so many and we can not eat them all. So, we better share it to friends and family. They enjoy while eating and so thankful to us. Aside from peaches, we have also many vegetables in the backyard. I plant eggplants, tomatoes and pepper. They can also get if they want. We are very generous and willing to share of what we have.

Red Led Christmas Lights

A few months from now, Christmas will be here. It’s the most wonderful time of the year because when I was in the Philippines I received cash gift, 13th month pay which was equivalent to 1 month salary and bonus from the government that I was working. Part of my cash gifts I bought for my loved ones from clothes, jewelry, Christmas decor, a good-sized Christmas tree and red led christmas lights that never fail to remind me that it was the most joyous time of the year. Back home my motif for Christmas was always red as I personally love red color from our curtains to couch and Christmas decors. My house made more inviting because of the spirit of Christmas that I was decorating and the warm of each others company.

Modern technology changes everyday. Many people become more unique and talented compare before. At young age, they learn a lot of things. Like those people who loves atv riding. Sunlight

I don’t kind my skin this summer. It turns to dark tanned because of too much exposure to sunlight. I can say that this summer is different compare before. It’s my fault also because I failed to use sun screen protection. It’s too late for me to realize. Well, we all know that sunlight is essential to good health. We need it but it can also be extremely dangerous. It can affects our health especially to those people with hypertension. Too much sunlight can lead us to sunburn, early wrinkle and even skin cancer. So, we must take good care of our skin and don’t forget to use sun screen protection.

Nice Weather

When I open my email yesterday it’s my friend Lilia who sent a message to me. She asked me if I’m free tomorrow and like to go with them. They will go to Toronto Centre Islands and have a picnic together with friends and family. The weather is nice and I said yes in my reply. According to her email, they will pick me up at around seven in the morning. Since this is my first time to visit the Islands I brought my camera with me. We arrived at Toronto City around eight then we parked the car and proceed to our destination.
