Spring is the best time for us to cleanse and detoxifying. We have many fruits and vegetables in this season. Focus yourself in eating nutritious foods. Eat a diet that rich in vitamins, minerals and antioxidants. Eat more on fiber and reduce the amount of salt, sugar and avoid fatty foods. Maintain your health and drink a lot of water to cleanse your body. Stay healthy and do more outdoor activities in this wonderful season.
