As spring approaches, my personal goal in life is losing few pounds, getting more active, and reducing stress. That’s why I need more time to walk out side, run or jog around the neighborhood. It is also advisable for me to eat less. I need to control my carbohydrates, avoid fats and focus only to healthy foods like vegetables and fruits. Drink plenty of water is great to cleanse the body. Get enough sleep to avoid stress and have a healthy mind and body. The most important for me is to monitor and check my blood pressure daily. That’s all for now and I hope all of us will enjoy the spring season soon.
