Bibingka or Rice Cake

January 13, 2010 | Filed Under Uncategorized | No Comments

In the Philippines, there are many different kinds of bibingka that we cook and prepare for our visitors. Others are made of cassava, malagkit or rice flour. It depends upon the ingredients that you prepared. Yesterday I went to the nearest Chinese store and was attracted this rice cake and I bought one whole of this. This is the traditional rice cake and if I’m not mistaken this rice cake was made of rice flour, coconut and sugar. It’s yummy and affordable.
