Bola Bola or Meat Balls

It was yesterday when my friend Lilia invited us for dinner. She prepared many Filipino foods such as eggplant omelet, shrimp sinigang, fried chicken and meatballs. What I love most is the meatballs or bola bola in our dialect. Meatballs are one of Lilia’s favorite foods. Usually this recipe is prepared during fiesta gatherings, birthday, Christmas celebration, New Year, wedding, if you have special visitor and for any occasions. It’s easy to prepare and very delicious.
Ingredients:

* 500 grams minced beef
* 1  red pepper
* 3 eggs
* 2 tablespoons spring onion
* 2 tablespoons soy sauce
* 1/3 cup plain flour
* ground black pepper and salt to taste
* tomato ketchup

Procedure:

1. Mix all the ingredients except for the flour into a large bowl.
2. Take some of the mixed ingredients and roll it with flour and form balls.
3. Heat some oil in a frying pan.
4. Fry until they becomes golden brown.
5. Serve
