I would like to extend my warm congratulations to the students of Rizal Memorial Elementary School. At long last all of you finished the first step of education. This is not the end of all your endeavors not as the last milestone on the long road to success and happiness, but it is only the beginning of greater things, the stepping stone to the greater and bigger achievements.
